Yes, it almost places a nail in the coffin of summer, but not quite. It's still very hot out.

Hope they're paying you extra!
So far the Academy’s been paying me to come back two weeks early and sit around starting at my computer while our vendor tries to make their software work as they promised it would.
Hence all this time to surf the net and wish I were at the beach instead
